This Disclaimer applies to all content and services provided by SOS: the website, written reports, one-to-one consultations, online courses, emails, social media posts and any other materials (together, the "Services").

"SOS", "we", "us" and "our" mean 16784453 Canada Inc. "You" and "your" mean any visitor, client or student.

This Disclaimer forms part of our Terms and Conditions. When you buy a Service you agree to both.

1. Purpose of the Services

All content and Services offered by SOS are provided for guidance, education, personal development and entertainment purposes. This includes:

• astrology and numerology interpretations and explanations

• one-to-one consultations and readings

Nothing provided by SOS replaces:

• legal advice from a qualified lawyer

2. No professional relationship

Using our website, ordering a report, taking a course or booking a consultation does not create a doctor and patient, therapist and client, lawyer and client, financial adviser and client, or immigration consultant and client relationship. The calculations in our written reports are made by our own software from the birth details you provide. The text is drafted with the help of an AI language model and is then reviewed and approved by our astrologer before it reaches you.

A report prepared this way may contain errors, omissions or general statements that do not fit your situation. Please read it with your own judgment and tell us if something looks wrong.

Our reports do not calculate a Rising sign (Ascendant), Moon sign or houses.

7. Accuracy depends on the details you give

Every reading, report and consultation is based on the birth details and other information you supply, for yourself and for anyone else you include. If a date, time or name is wrong or incomplete, the result will be affected. SOS does not verify the details you provide and is not responsible for the effect of inaccurate information.

8. Not for emergencies

The Services are not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, or is thinking about self-harm, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

9. No warranties

We prepare our Services with reasonable care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, content and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise that an interpretation is accurate, complete or suited to a particular purpose, or that the website will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
